Privacy Policy

This is a public, self-authored policy. Counsel review was waived for this website's 2026-06-21 launch and remains pending unless separately completed since. It explains how PlainSpan LLC (“we,” “us”) handles information in connection with this website, plainspan.com. It covers this marketing website only. Our product, LT4, has its own site (lt4.plainspan.com) and its own privacy policy; when a dealership becomes an LT4 customer, product data is governed by a separate agreement.

The short version: This site uses no cookies, no analytics, and no tracking. We don’t sell your information. If you email us, we use it only to reply to you.

Information you give us

If you email us, we receive whatever you write and your email address. We use this only to respond and to follow up. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services (AWS), records standard server access logs when your browser requests a page, including your IP address, your browser user-agent, the page requested, and the time. We use these logs only to keep the site secure and diagnose problems. They are stored in a private, encrypted location and automatically deleted after 90 days.

We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracking on this site.

This site shares underlying hosting infrastructure with our product site (lt4.plainspan.com), including a demo-request form endpoint. This page's own UI does not link to that form, but the endpoint remains reachable as part of the shared infrastructure. See the LT4 site's own privacy policy for how demo-form submissions are handled.

Service providers

  • Google Workspace: our hello@ email inbox (United States).

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of others. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Emails stay in our inbox for as long as we need them to respond to you and keep a record of our correspondence. Server access logs are deleted after 90 days, as described above.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email hello@plainspan.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s privacy law. Because we don’t sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, there is nothing of that kind to opt out of, but we will honor valid access and deletion requests.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Where we operate

PlainSpan LLC is based in the United States, and information is processed in the United States.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
